We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Specialist to drive Agile excellence across product development teams. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, improve sprint execution, manage Jira administration and automation, generate meaningful delivery insights, and help teams achieve predictable, high-quality outcomes.

This role requires close collaboration with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business objectives while continuously improving Agile maturity and team effectiveness.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure effective implementation of Scrum principles and Agile best practices.
• Support teams in defining and achieving sprint goals.
• Foster accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Track retrospective action items and drive closure.

• Partner closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to align sprint objectives with business priorities.
• Support backlog prioritization, user story refinement, acceptance criteria definition, and sprint readiness.
• Ensure alignment between Product, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers impacting delivery.

• Configure and maintain Jira projects, Scrum/Kanban boards, workflows, issue types, custom fields, components, versions, dashboards, and filters.
• Create and manage JQL queries, Agile reports, and stakeholder dashboards.
• Maintain Jira hygiene by ensuring accurate issue tracking, sprint assignments, priorities, ownership, and dependencies.
• Establish and enforce Jira best practices across teams.

• Design and implement Jira automation rules to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Automate workflows such as issue assignment, notifications, escalation alerts, sprint reminders, stale ticket identification, and dependency tracking.
• Identify opportunities to streamline Agile processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Generate weekly, sprint-wise, monthly, and release-level reports.
• Create dashboards that provide visibility into team performance and delivery health.
• Track and analyze key Agile metrics, including:

  • Cycle Time
  • Lead Time
  • Burndown & Burnup Charts
  • Team Capacity
  • Defect Trends
  • Blocker Aging
  • Release Readiness

• Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

• Leverage AI-powered tools such as Atlassian Rovo, Jira AI, Confluence AI, and similar productivity solutions.
• Utilize AI for:

  • Meeting notes
  • Retrospective insights
  • Action item generation
  • Release notes
  • Risk identification
  • Backlog analysis
  • Knowledge discovery
  • Delivery reporting
• Ensure AI-generated outputs are reviewed and validated before stakeholder communication.

• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and servant leadership.
• Promote self-organization, ownership, and continuous learning.
• Assess Agile maturity and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Support conflict resolution and effective stakeholder communication.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coordinator, Agile Project Facilitator, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Hands-on experience with Jira administration, workflows, dashboards, reporting, JQL, and automation.
• Experience generating sprint reports, delivery reports, and stakeholder dashboards.
• Strong communication, facilitation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced product development environment.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience working in a Product-Based Software Company.
• Exposure to SaaS, HRTech, Recruitment Technology, AI-powered products, or B2B software platforms.
• Experience with Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, Jira Automation, and Atlassian Rovo.
• Knowledge of Kanban, Lean Agile, DevOps, and Release Management practices.
• Familiarity with API-based products and enterprise software delivery.
