Growth Marketing Specialist
The Growth Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing operations, CRM, marketing automation, demand generation, and lead management initiatives that support Tradin Organic's commercial growth ambitions.
The role acts as a bridge between Marketing, Sales, Commercial Excellence, and Technology, helping to build scalable processes, systems, and capabilities that improve lead generation, customer engagement, pipeline visibility, and commercial effectiveness. The position plays a key role in supporting Tradin Organic's ongoing business transformation initiatives, including CRM implementation, marketing automation, and the development of a more data-driven commercial approach

Ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging communications
What we’re looking for
CRM management and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
Lead generation and lead nurturing program development
Marketing operations and campaign management
Data analysis, dashboard creation, and performance reporting
Website conversion optimization and digital marketing
Revenue Operations (RevOps) and sales funnel management
Project management and stakeholder management
Content creation and copywriting for B2B marketing channels
Experience with SAP, Lemlist, Clay, Zapier, and similar automation tools is preferred
Experience supporting CRM implementations or commercial transformation initiatives is preferred
Understanding of B2B marketing in food ingredients, FMCG, sustainability, agriculture, or related sectors is advantageous
