We need an ambitious Assembly Operator who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will help us deliver flawless assemblies to our world-class products.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Install and assemble screw thread inserts, rivets, screws, bolts, and other components
- →Maintain inventory of components, hardware, and other necessary department items
- →Coordinate assembly area and maintain assembly equipment
- →Communicate with Management, Foreman, Operators, Quality, and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve quality issues
- →Complete all reports and associated paperwork legibly
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated inspection competence
- Basic mathematical skills
- Mechanical and technical capacity
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills
- Great teammate with integrity and a dedication to safety
The hourly rate for this position is $16.10 - $24.154. This range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits
