Machining Finisher 1st & 2nd Shift Openings

Acme Industries is seeking detail-oriented team members to perform the critical finishing and secondary operations that transform machined parts into customer-ready products. If you have experience with deburring, polishing, grinding, assembly, or other machining support functions-and can read and follow instructions in English-we want to hear from you.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with machine shop, manufacturing, or secondary operations experience who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing quality finished parts. We also provide training for candidates with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.

• →Deburr and remove sharp edges from machined parts
• →Clean and prepare machined surfaces
• →Polish, grind, buff, and finish production components
• →Perform final assembly, leak testing, and touch-up painting
• →Package parts according to customer requirements
• →Follow written work instructions and quality standards
• →Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• →Support other production activities as needed

• Experience in a machine shop, CNC job shop, or manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience with secondary machining operations such as deburring, finishing, polishing, grinding, assembly, or part preparation strongly preferred
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to follow written instructions and production documentation
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Desire to learn and grow within manufacturing
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Forklift, overhead crane, or material handling experience is a plus

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:20 PM - 2:50 AM

Overtime, including weekends, may be required during peak production periods.
