You'll deliver compassionate, person-centred care, work alongside a multidisciplinary team, build strong relationships with consumers and carers, and help create positive outcomes in a supportive, collaborative environment.

• Deliver person-centred mental health care
• Assess needs and support care plans with Registered Nurses
• Build strong relationships with consumers, carers and care partners
• Provide therapeutic support, education and recovery-focused care
• Contribute to quality improvement and a safe care environment
