Position: Registered Nurse – Maternal Fetal Medicine
Location: Evanston, IL
Full Time/Part Time: Full time, 40 hours per week
Hours: Generally scheduled between 0745- 1700 Monday -Friday (may eventually include some Saturdays)
No holidays: no call
Travel : Required to travel to other Endeavor Health sites when needed

Responsibilities

→Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the Maternal Fetal Medicine Department
→Complete NSTs
→Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
→Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
→Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
→Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience

→Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
→Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required (from AHA)
→NST certification strongly preferred
→License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required

→Experience: 1 year of inpatient Labor and Delivery or High-Risk OB experience required
→Fetal Monitoring experience required
→Unique or Preferred Skills: NST and high-risk obstetrics experience
