About the Role

Join our team in a rewarding leadership role where you can use your clinical expertise to coordinate high-quality patient care, lead and support nursing, midwifery and multidisciplinary teams, and make a meaningful difference to patient outcomes. You’ll have the opportunity to build team performance, foster a positive workplace culture and drive continuous improvement in clinical practice.

  • Registered Nurse/Midwife with current or eligible AHPRA registration and practising certificate.
  • Minimum 3 years’ post-registration experience with demonstrated clinical competence.
  • Proven leadership and management experience, including supervision and staff development.
  • Highly developed communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution and change management skills.
  • Knowledge of contemporary nursing/midwifery practice, relevant legislation, standards and person-centred care.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in nursing, midwifery or a related discipline.
  • Experience in financial, human resource and service management, strategic planning and research.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of the South Australian Public Health System.
