A fast-growing, purpose-led company in the health foods space is seeking a digitally savvy and creative e-Commerce Brand Manager to join their dynamic team on a fixed term maternity leave contract working from April to September 2026. This is a 4 day per week, in-office role working, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented marketing professional with strong digital, e-commerce, and social media skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager. Responsibilities: Assist with the execution of brand strategies, including product launches and digital campaigns, in line with marketing objectives and brand CI guidelines. Design and adapt digital assets using Canva (and similar tools) for use across e-commerce and social platforms. Manage all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), creating engaging and trend-relevant content that builds brand awareness and community engagement. Plan, implement, and optimise paid digital campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, while applying SEO best practices to improve organic reach. Maintain and update product listings on WooCommerce, ensuring all content is accurate, consistent with brand identity, and optimised for the best customer experience. Serve as the online voice of the brand, managing DMs, comments, and customer queries with professionalism and empathy. Monitor key marketing and e-commerce metrics and provide insights to inform strategy. Write compelling, grammatically sound copy for various channels including social media, product pages, newsletters, and internal communications. Stay informed on digital trends, competitor activity, and new tools, proactively contributing fresh ideas to enhance brand growth. Provide marketing administrative support, including content scheduling, sample coordination, and basic budget tracking. Support the sales team by supplying branded content, product information, and promotional materials for key retail accounts. Requirements At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing, digital, or brand support role Solid experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO Working knowledge of WooCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms Proficient in Canva (experience with Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous) Excellent written and spoken English with a flair for persuasive and creative copywriting Highly competent in using social media platforms and staying ahead of digital trends Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks A collaborative, self-driven individual who brings creativity and initiative to the team Benefits 6-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover), 4 days per week, 7 April 2026 -30 September 2026
