HR Officer

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to hire a Human Resource Officer based in Somwerset West. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to support and coordinate a broad range of Human Resources functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements while providing efficient day-to-day HR operational support. Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes. Assist with employee engagement initiatives. Support learning and development activities. Assist with adherence to HR statutory and compliance requirements. Support Industrial Relations matters. Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices remain current and compliant. Maintain POPI compliance standards. Maintain accurate employee records and filing systems. Provide payroll and employee benefits administration support. Assist with day-to-day HR operations. Ensure confidentiality of employee information. Requirements HR Certificate or Diploma. Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR Generalist role. Valid Code 08 Driver's Licence. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Exposure to HR compliance requirements. Exposure to HR processes and procedures. Strong administration skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
