Marketing Manager

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to hire an experienced Marketing Manager based in Tygervalley, Cape Town. Develop and execute marketing strategy for Western and Zenith, aligned with growth targets and expansion plans. Conduct market research and analysis to define target audiences, broker bases (PGS and non-PSG), and identify product opportunities. Identify and optimize marketing channels to reach target markets effectively. Manage annual marketing budgets in line with business priorities and regional expansion goals. Plan and oversee events and sponsorships in collaboration with the Distribution team to maximize impact and ROI. Lead digital and social media strategies to drive engagement and support growth objectives. Expand PR and media presence through thought leadership, interviews, and targeted coverage. Review and refresh advertising campaigns to ensure relevance and effectiveness Requirements Completed degree in Marketing. A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in a similar role within the insurance industry Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and marketing metrics systems.
