This is a high-impact leadership role where partnerships already drive a significant portion of revenue — and they want someone who can scale it. What they need: Proven experience leading revenue-generating partnerships teams Strong background in B2B SaaS / ecosystem / alliances Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, evolving environment What you’ll be doing: Lead and coach a team of 7 Strategic Partner Managers Own and grow key partnerships across LMS, HR tech, and SaaS platforms Drive real revenue through partner channels (not just relationships) Act as a player/coach — jump into deals, strategy, and exec-level conversations Help evolve and scale the entire partner program
