Supply Chain Manager – Automotive Industry Pompano Beach, FL – On-Site/Local Candidates Only Salary Negotiable Based on Experience Summary Our client, a fast-growing manufacturer, seeks a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to build and lead this function from the ground up. Two production locations, globally sourced components, and an active DTC parts business. Brand-new role with high visibility and real impact. Requirements Hands-on supply chain experience — onshore and offshore purchasing Experience sourcing prefab and custom-manufactured parts globally Warehouse operations leadership with direct reports Strong vendor management and negotiation skills Low volume manufacturing experience Comfortable building a function without a playbook Automotive background not required Responsibilities Own purchasing, vendor relationships, and supply planning across two production sites Lead warehouse operations — inventory accuracy, safety, and DTC fulfillment Manage parts supply to production and an offsite company-owned warehouse Drive cost savings, reduce waste, and minimize production downtime Manage supply chain direct reports Nice To Have Multi-site supply chain experience ERP or inventory management system experience Lean / continuous improvement background
