The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of IT Infrastructure projects supporting P320. Working closely with Infrastructure, Operations, Governance, Cyber Security, Finance, business stakeholders, third-party suppliers, and Universal Creative Parkwide team, the Project Manager will define project scope, develop delivery plans, and oversee execution through completion. The Project Manager ensures projects are delivered in accordance with established project governance and lifecycle methodologies while meeting agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business objectives. The role is also responsible for proactively managing risks, dependencies, stakeholder communications, and the transition of completed projects into operational support to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Works closely with all Technology teams, business partners, and Vendors to plan, organize, secure, and manage resources for assigned project efforts following the construction lifecycle and project implementation policies and procedures as applicable. Independently research, analyze, identify, and document the tasks to achieve the project goals. Coordinate, facilitate, and lead project team meetings to accomplish project deliverables.
- →Responsible for the management of the project including; work statements, work breakdown structures, developing and tracking budget and schedule, tracking individual project tasks, providing risk analysis, tracking and resolving issues and action items, requirements gathering, quality assurance, providing various project management visibility and control measures and reports as needed and communicating to project team and stakeholders.
- →Work closely with our business partners to understand their business and system problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements. Support requirement discussions, requirement reviews, design reviews, testing and remaining project activities to ensure required resources participate and deliverables meet project scope and schedule.
- →Communicate Program Information, status, and key health metrics to stakeholders. Facilitate inter-team communication and resolution of Program-level dependencies, including weekly status meeting and monthly executive steering committee meetings.
- →Trace the requirements through life cycle of the project to ensure that the scope is managed and that the original requirements are delivered.
- →Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
- →Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
~1 min read- Solid practical experience dealing with project management, particularly dealing with proposed efforts and leading them through a defined process of prioritization and demand management.
- Ability to work progressively with a wide range of individual levels, sponsors, stakeholders and resources to align activities and initiatives.
- Demonstrated cross-functional expertise in diverse fields such as IT infrastructure, construction documents including being able to read blueprints either printed or through tools such as Bluebeam and BIM 360, ROI analysis, cost estimating, and what-if analyses.
- Demonstrated experiencing in presenting persuasive recommendations to leadership as well as key external stakeholders, including ability to communicate complex ideas and recommendations to leadership that highlights a clear decision framework based on analysis and experience.
- Cross-Team/Cross Department Project Leadership experience.
- Strong Organizing & Inter-Personal Skills.
- Technology experience/background a plus.
- Manage projects in Smartsheet a plus.

- Ability to travel to the UK as needed to perform duties of the position.
- Consistent attendance is a job requirement.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred in MIS, Technology or Business. Other: Knowledge of project management concepts and processes, requirements gathering, or business analysis preferred.
- 5+ years equivalent work experience
- Experience preferred in project management, business analysis;
- or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Professional certifications in project management or agile delivery (e.g., PMP, Scrum) are preferred but not required.
