Regal Boats is looking for a dependable and hardworking Landscaper to help maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of our headquarters and surrounding grounds. This position is responsible for routine landscaping, grounds maintenance, and general outdoor upkeep across the property.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather, and can work independently while also being a reliable member of the Maintenance team.

1. →Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, maintenance, construction, or other outdoor labor experience preferred.
2. →Ability to safely operate common landscaping equipment and hand tools.
3. →Basic knowledge of lawn care, plant maintenance, trimming, and landscaping practices.
4. →Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in Florida's heat and varying weather conditions.
5. →Ability to perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying materials and equipment.
6. →Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, professional property.
7. →Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
8. →Conversational English.
