Role Overview:
As an Analytics Implementation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and management of analytics tools and platforms, with a primary focus on GA4/GTM Advanced Implementation. You will work closely with our account teams and report to the Account Director. Your key responsibilities will include implementing pixels on websites, setting up and configuring GA4, conducting quality assurance and auditing, troubleshooting analytics issues, and identifying opportunities for optimising the use of analytics functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement tracking pixels on websites to collect and analyse user data.
- Set up and configure GA4 (Google Analytics 4) for accurate data collection.
- Perform quality assurance and auditing of analytics implementations to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to analytics tracking.
- Identify underutilised analytics functionalities and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with account teams to gather project requirements and ensure appropriate prioritisation of work.
- Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for analytics implementation and data collection.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and measurement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in GA4 and GTM (Google Tag Manager) Advanced Implementation.
- Strong knowledge of web analytics tools and platforms.
- Ability to implement and troubleshoot tracking pixels on websites.
- Quality assurance and auditing skills to ensure data accuracy.
- Proficiency in identifying and optimising underutilised analytics functionalities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
