Junior Bookkeeper

We are seeking a motivated Junior Bookkeeper to support UK-based clients with their financial administration needs. This is a fully remote, entry-level position — no prior bookkeeping experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. You will learn to manage financial records, process invoices, and assist with reconciliations from home.

  Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately

  Assist with bank reconciliations and account maintenance

  Maintain accurate financial records and data entry

  Support month-end reporting and financial administration

  Liaise with clients and internal teams on financial queries

• Matric certificate with Maths or Accounting (advantageous)

• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

• Basic computer literacy — Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

• No prior bookkeeping experience needed — full training provided

• Reliable laptop or desktop computer

• Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
