Part-Time Field Consultant

Renaissance Field Consultants are scheduled on an as-needed basis and are paid an hourly rate, with reimbursement for approved travel and related expenses. Consultants must be available to facilitate professional learning sessions for up to 30 hours per week and be willing to travel up to 75% during peak season (July–October). During the non-peak season (November–June), consultants must be available to facilitate professional learning for up to 20 hours per week. Travel is required for this role. 

Note: This part‑time role requires consistent availability during scheduled training engagements, which may occur during standard school or business hours.

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field 
• At least 5 years of professional experience facilitating/delivering professional development, 
• Prior experience in K-12 education 
• Experience with educational technology, familiarity with Renaissance products and solutions 
• Experience delivering training across various in-person and virtual modalities, including webinars 
• Deep understanding of engaging adult learning principles 
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills 
• Ability to learn and utilize new tools and technologies quickly 
• High level of attention to detail 
• Proven organizational skills 
• High level of collaboration with internal and cross functional teams 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately. 
• Ability to work independently on tasks, projects, and learning sessions 
• Growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement 
• Ability to travel and to arrange lodging and transportation.
