About the Role

Guide and grow a high performing, collaborative team of software engineers (front-end, back-end, full-stack, and mobile).
Lead technical planning and project delivery and champion engineering practices for high-impact consumer-facing initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize and deliver work that supports both customer needs and business goals.
Foster a culture of psychological safety, learning, and continuous feedback.
Support the career development and wellbeing of your team members.
Partner with peers and senior leadership to shape long-term strategy and engineering excellence.

You have hands-on technical leadership and/or people management experience as well as delivering impactful consumer products.
You’re passionate about designing systems and experiences that are resilient, scalable, and user-centered.
You’ve worked with agile teams and know how to prioritize in fast-moving environments.
You enjoy mentoring and creating opportunities for others to grow.
You have a strong command of best practices, design patterns, and system architecture tradeoffs.
You’re a clear, thoughtful communicator who values empathy and collaboration.
Bonus: Experience working in e-commerce/fashion or B2C subscriptions at scale.
