Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipeline stages, deployment templates, and automation scripts in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
Support the change management process by managing environment promotion workflows, pull request reviews, and deployment approvals
Partner with internal application owners and business stakeholders to onboard their Claude AI applications to the hosting platform, ensuring proper configuration and security setup
Implement and maintain secrets management practices including Azure Key Vault configuration, API key rotation, and OAuth credential handling
Monitor platform health using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics; triage alerts and participate in incident response
Contribute to Infrastructure as Code repositories (Terraform / Bicep), writing and reviewing modules for Azure resource deployment
Create and maintain documentation including runbooks, architecture diagrams, and onboarding guides for the application hosting platform
Participate in security reviews to validate that shared applications follow authentication, authorization, and network access policies
Collaborate with the Senior DevOps Engineer on platform improvements, capacity planning, and automation initiatives
Develop and maintain automation scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for operational tasks including deployments, log analysis, health checks, and routine maintenance
Contribute to disaster recovery and backup procedures, including documenting recovery plans and participating in periodic DR testing exercises
Assist with Azure cost monitoring by tracking resource consumption, flagging anomalies, and recommending right-sizing opportunities
Collaborate with InfoSec and IT Security teams during security reviews, vulnerability scanning, and compliance evidence gathering
Participate in an on-call rotation providing production support for hosted applications, following established escalation procedures
Recommend and implement platform improvements that reduce manual work, strengthen reliability, improve stakeholder experience, and help scale internal AI and enterprise application usage.
2–4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Functions, Networking, Entra ID, Key Vault)
Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)
