We are hiring a Customer Success Specialist (Non-Voice – Mandarin Support) to join a growing customer support team based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. This role focuses exclusively on email and live chat support, delivering high-quality customer service while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via email and live chat in a professional manner Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions Deliver consistent, high-quality written communication Meet performance targets and adhere to shift schedules Maintain a positive, customer-focused approach in all interactions Requirements Requirements Fluent in Mandarin (reading and writing) and able to communicate in English (minimum B2 level) Strong written communication, typing, and comprehension skills Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays Must be able to work on-site in Petaling Jaya (Kelana Jaya area) Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory Detail-oriented with a strong customer service mindset Benefits Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Structured training with opportunities for career progression Supportive and multicultural work environment Accessible office location near public transport (LRT) Opportunity to build experience in a professional customer support environment
