We’re excited to announce the opening of our new San Simeon Tasting Room; an elevated winery destination built around a curated food-and-wine experience in the Willow Creek District of Paso Robles. We’re inviting enthusiastic, service-minded individuals to join our founding team as we debut this new luxury experience alongside our sister winery, Jada Vineyard & Winery.

Summary- The Busser/Runner team supports seamless service by maintaining clean, organized, and efficient tasting and dining spaces. Their attentiveness ensures smooth pacing, proper table resets, and consistent guest comfort.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.

Clear and reset tables promptly and neatly.
Deliver food, wine, and pairing components as directed by Servers or Wine Educators.
Maintain cleanliness of glassware, tableware, and service stations.
Refill water and assist with guest needs during service.
Support event setup and breakdown as needed.
Communicate effectively with both the kitchen and service staff.

Requirements:

Must be 21+
Customer service and retail experience preferred
Weekend and holiday availability required
Interest or experience in wine/hospitality
Team-oriented and attentive to detail.
Fast, efficient, and proactive in anticipating needs.
Takes pride in maintaining a clean and polished environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly

Pay Range

$17—$18 USD
