The Account Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing effective sales strategies. The Account Manager also helps to achieve revenue targets and business goals by ensuring positive client experience through exceptional service delivery.
 
  • Identify qualified prospects from lead sources (SAQ, Marketing, Sales Operations, and other supporting teams)
  • Saturate assigned sites, clusters, etc. for lead generation, potential business, promotional, and other business purposes
  • Generate and nurture new leads for new business opportunities through various channels and utilizing brand collaterals
  • Champion the RISE Brand to attract and develop client/business relations
  • Contribute to the overall revenue of the Company by meeting individual and team targets as assigned
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to promote and deliver RISE services
  • Ensure strict adherence to up-to-date internal, external, and legal compliance and standards
  • Maintain data integrity, sales pipeline, and sales processes in support of business goals
  • Ensure consistent positive customer experience
  • Other ad hoc tasks as deemed necessary and appropriate by the line manager to support the business
  • Previous experience in similar role or dealing with similar decision makers
  • Result-Oriented and has a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Strong communication skills and strong command of English
  • Established experience of exceeding sales targets and sales related achievements
  • Demonstrable experience in a complex environment requiring attention to detail and time management
  •  
  • Will be working outdoors most of the time
