Home Team is looking for an Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of part of Home Team’s portfolio. This individual will coordinate vendors and maintenance tasks/requests across our short-term rental portfolio. This role is focused exclusively on supporting guests before, during, and after their stay, ensuring timely responses, clear information, and a positive guest experience. The Communications Agent will handle multiple guest conversations throughout the day and collaborate with internal teams as needed to resolve guest issues.

Compensation:

Base Salary
- $5-$6/hr, tracked on hours, scheduled for 40hrs/week
Timezone/Working Hrs:
- Timezone: EST
- This is a full time, 8 hours / day position with breaks.
Contract Structure
- 1099 contractor
