Assist in maintaining the Record Management System (RMS) and Master List of Contracts to ensure all legal files are accurately indexed and up to date.

Support document control by ensuring all physical and electronic files follow the company’s naming and formatting standards.

Document meetings and legal consultations to provide accurate records for the legal team and management.

Prepare drafts of standard legal documents and templates as requested by the legal department.

Provide administrative support for daily legal operations, including archiving, document dispatch, and basic research tasks.
