Rise Association Management Group is seeking an experienced and highly professional On-Site General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large-scale single-family community consisting of approximately 1,600 homes in West Columbia, TX.

This is a high-visibility leadership role that requires a confident, organized, and solutions-oriented manager who can operate independently while delivering exceptional service to residents and the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing large communities or properties with significant operational demands and understands how to balance resident relations, vendor management, facilities oversight, and Board communication in a fast-paced environment.

Because this community operates independently from the corporate office, this role is best suited for someone who is self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable making informed decisions while managing day-to-day operations onsite.

This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of a dynamic community and make a meaningful impact through strong leadership, professionalism, and operational excellence.
