 About the role 

Our team is looking forward to welcoming Senior Application Engineers to our Low Code Application team to build and deploy applications and solutions to support customers’ requirements and business goals. You will be part of a team of application engineers and design and develop exciting applications for our clients. 
 

• →Design and develop low-code applications using Appian 
• →Lead the design and implementation of complex Appian applications and integrations 
• →Analyze business requirements, define technical solutions, and support projects throughout the full application lifecycle 
• →Identify and assess opportunities for process improvement and automation 
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that address client needs 
• →Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on Appian and low-code solutions 
• →Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members, promoting development best practices and code quality 
• →Stay up to date on Appian capabilities, industry trends, and best practices, continuously improving solution delivery 
• →Conduct research and analysis and contribute to client deliverables, solution proposals, and technical recommendations 
   

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing Appian solutions and applications 
• Strong experience with Appian development, including SAIL, process models, records, integrations (REST/SOAP), data modeling, and application deployment 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions 
• Experience mentoring junior developers and promoting development best practices 
• Fluency in English 
• Appian certification (Senior Developer or equivalent) 

• Classical programming and scripting experience with IT solutions, preferably with .NET, C#, VBA, or Java 
• Knowledge and experience with other low-code platforms (e.g. Mendix, Outsystems, Bizagi optional) 
• Willingness and ability to travel as required
