Practical freight flow and regional scheduling consistency keep experienced CDL-A drivers moving through the workweek with dependable freight, manageable routes, and regular weekends at home. Rouse Trucking operates 350 trucks throughout the Northeast.

Weekly Earnings: $1,350 to $1,450 paid every Friday by direct deposit | Extra pay for detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition time during your first weeks

Running Area: Regional freight moves across the Northeast and portions of the Midwest, with most runs averaging around 250 miles. The lane setup supports productive weekday driving while maintaining practical trip lengths.

• Approximately 50% of freight is drop and hook to reduce time spent waiting at docks
• No-touch freight means drivers aren't responsible for loading or unloading

Home Time: Drivers operate Monday through Friday with Saturday and Sunday off | The weekly schedule includes a dependable 48-hour reset at home

Your Truck:

• Assigned 2021-2024 Freightliner Cascadia maintained on schedule with no slip seating
• Battery-powered APU, refrigerator, 1,500-watt inverter, SiriusXM, 24-inch HD TV, and double bunks

Equipment: Each driver works from an assigned Cascadia equipped for regional operation and weekday comfort. Climate-controlled sleeper space, refrigeration, entertainment, and power for personal electronics come standard.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A license with a minimum of one year of documented over-the-road experience
• Professional CDL-A drivers should be ready for steady regional freight and consistent weekday scheduling
