People and Recruiting Coordinator

You’ll be part of a collaborative People Team that supports candidates, new hires, associates, hiring teams, and cross-functional partners through every stage of the employee experience.
The People & Recruiting Coordinator will assist the People Team with essential recruiting, onboarding, HR operations, and administrative support. This is a great opportunity to learn about Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, employee experience, and agency operations in a fast-paced working environment.
This role will support new hire onboarding, employee data entry, HR documentation, recruiting workflows, scheduling, internal communications, and various People Team projects as assigned. The People & Recruiting Coordinator will help keep our processes organized, timely, and human while supporting candidates, associates, and hiring teams with care and attention to detail.
- Maintain a timely and organized recruiting experience by supporting hiring teams with interview logistics, candidate follow-ups, scorecard reminders, and process coordination in our Greenhouse Recruiting platform
- Ensure new hires complete required information in workflow systems by assisting with new hire paperwork, onboarding questions, orientation preparation, and coordinating first-day logistics
- Collaborate with IT, hiring teams, and internal partners to support hardware readiness, system access, and start-date preparation
- Assist with employee data entry, audits, reporting updates, tracker maintenance, exit paperwork, and HR system updates
- Support learning and development logistics, agency trainings, workshops, and calendar coordination
- Help create and maintain process documentation, checklists, templates, FAQs, and self-service resources for recurring people processes
- Support internal employee experience and culture engagement initiatives as needed
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative work through clearer workflows, templates, trackers, automated reminders, and AI-supported process tools
- Provide general administrative support to the People Team
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience working within Microsoft programs
- Detailed Oriented

- Strong Communicator
- Interest in getting into HR/Talent Acquisition
- Positive attitude and curiosity (you love asking questions)
- Ability to work with associates and candidates of all levels
