As an Influencer Marketing Specialist / Account Executive for Amazon Prime Video Account, you will play a key role in leading influencer-driven campaigns from strategy to execution. You will transform brand briefs into impactful influencer activations, ensuring cultural relevance, creative excellence, and measurable performance. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and deep knowledge of social platforms and influencer ecosystems.

End-to-End Campaign Strategy & Execution: Translated client briefs into high-level influencer marketing strategies, collaborating cross-functionally to define KPIs, oversee content production, and ensure activations aligned with brand positioning.

Influencer Selection & Talent Management: Identified and vetted top-tier creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, managing shortlists, negotiating contracts and usage rights, and coordinating logistics for brand events and experiential activations.

Performance Optimization & Analytics: Monitored daily campaign health to maximize reach and conversion, aggregating data into comprehensive post-campaign reports that translated ROI metrics into actionable strategic recommendations.

Process & Workflow Innovation: Championed internal workflow optimizations between agency teams and external stakeholders, leveraging social listening and data insights to capture cultural trends and improve budget efficiency.
Requirements
~1 min readRelevant experience (+/- 4 years) in influencer marketing, social media, or digital campaign management.
Advanced analytical and reporting skills with high proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments is a plus.
