Mission

We are seeking a NetSuite Functional Lead to act as the bridge between Finance, Business teams, and IT. This role will own the functional side of NetSuite, translating business requirements into implementable solutions, driving process improvements, and supporting global projects. The Functional Lead will collaborate closely with the NetSuite Technical Administrator and report to the Head of IT.

Job Functions

• Serve as the main point of contact for Finance and Business teams for all NetSuite-related topics

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations

• Maintain deep knowledge of NetSuite functionalities and modules

• Lead global system enhancements and strategic improvement projects

• Evaluate new tools and functionalities to optimize processes

• Lead functional streams in new subsidiary implementations or new system features

• Ensure coordination with IT, Finance, and other stakeholders

• Support vendor relationships and manage NetSuite-related budgets

• Provide training, user guides, and documentation to ensure adoption

• Collaborate with the Technical Administrator to ensure end-to-end solutions and continuity

• Provide backup coverage to ensure seamless operations during absences

Skills Requirements

• 4–6+ years of NetSuite experience (functional focus)

• Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes within NetSuite

• Experience in multi-subsidiary and international environments

• Proven track record in leading functional enhancements and system implementations

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• NetSuite certification is a plus

• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
