Lecturer in Health & Social Care

Are you passionate about developing the next generation of health and social care professionals? We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring Lecturer in Health and Social Care to join our dedicated curriculum team, delivering high-quality education across Sandwell College and the Midland Metropolitan Learning Campus. The role is a part-time 18.5 hours per week, permanent opportunity.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator or industry professional with a background in Health, Social Care or Nursing to inspire learners and help them achieve outstanding outcomes. Working within a supportive and innovative department, you will deliver engaging teaching, contribute to curriculum development and provide outstanding pastoral support that enables students to thrive.

As part of our growing Health and Social Care provision, you will work collaboratively with colleagues, employers and healthcare partners to ensure our learners develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to progress successfully into higher education or employment within the sector.
