Student Support Officer

We’re looking for a compassionate, proactive, and dedicated Student Support Officer to join our Student Services Team at the Cradley Campus working term time only and 30 hours per week This role will offer you the chance to support students in overcoming barriers, enhancing their wellbeing, and thriving in their studies.

As a Student Support Officer, you’ll be at the heart of student success, working closely with curriculum staff, safeguarding teams, and external agencies to ensure every student receives the support they need. You’ll play a key role in fostering a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment, where every student can flourish.
