Pastoral Mentor

We are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic, and proactive Pastoral Mentor to join our Pastoral team on a term-time only basis working 39 weeks per year.

This role plays a key part in supporting our students to achieve their full potential. We require a driven individual with the coaching ability to mentor and support 16 to 18-year-old students to achieve and develop academically and emotionally. You will act as a trusted point of contact, helping learners build the confidence and resilience they need to improve their attendance, retention, and behaviour.
