Sayari is seeking an Intelligence Program Manager to serve as the strategic lead for our largest and most complex intelligence contract ($5M+). This is a high-impact, individual contributor role based in the Washington, D.C. area, requiring a 50/50 split between on-site mission support in Virginia and off-site strategic planning. You will be the "strategic quarterback," responsible for contract implementation, stakeholder mapping, and ensuring our Data and agentic AI technology is indispensable to the mission.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Contract Ownership: Own the day-to-day execution and long-term success of Sayari’s largest intelligence contract, ensuring all contractual milestones are achieved on time.
- →Implementation Lead: Drive the deployment of Sayari’s new AI-capable solutions and data integrations into core investigative workflows.
- →Mission Evangelism: Conduct high-intensity training and demonstrations for GS-14/15/SES leadership, focusing on mission outcomes rather than just technical features.
- →Stakeholder Management: Navigate complex political environments to build deep credibility with mission owners and identify expansion (Upsell/Cross-sell) opportunities.
- →Feedback Loop: Document "ground truth" mission successes and requirements to provide Sayari Product and Engineering teams with actionable insights.
- Required: 10–15 years of experience within the Intelligence Community (CIA preferred)
- Required: Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph and the ability to be badged for on-site work.
- Required: Proven track record of managing large-scale government programs ($5M+) with a focus on implementation and delivery.
- Preferred: Familiarity with state-of-the-art agentic AI systems and graph analytics.
- Preferred: Experience in a high-growth "defense tech" or software company.
The target base salary for this position is $180,000-$200,000 plus commission and equity. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, candidate experience and expertise, internal peer equity, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
