UI/UX Designer

Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing and analyze user feedback and behavioral data to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products. Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback.Participate in design reviews and contribute to brainstorming sessions. Address user pain points by designing user-centric solutions.Iterate on designs based on usability testing and user feedback. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.Contribute to the improvement of design processes and methodologies within the team. Requirements 0-2 Years of experience in the field of UI/UX development of web and mobile applications. Strong portfolio showcasing your design process skills. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma(Preferred), Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma. Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
