Flutter Developer

Location: Bangalore | Work Mode: 5-day in-office | Experience: 4+ years (2+ in Flutter)

Right now, we’re looking for Flutter engineers to help us craft fast, beautiful, and scalable mobile experiences that users love.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building high-performance, cross-platform Flutter apps that feel smooth and native

• Working closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship features at startup speed

• Integrating REST APIs, third-party SDKs, analytics, and payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay etc.)

• Writing clean, testable, maintainable Dart code — and helping us keep it that way

• Profiling, debugging, and optimizing performance for 60fps smoothness

• Pushing app releases to Play Store and App Store, handling Firebase, CI/CD and crash reporting

• Sharing feedback in code reviews and helping shape engineering culture and best practices

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of mobile experience, with at least 2 years building production apps in Flutter

• Strong grip on Dart, Flutter SDK, widgets, animations, and responsive UI design

• Familiarity with state management tools like Riverpod, Bloc, Provider (we’re flexible)

• Good understanding of mobile architecture, security, and deployment best practices

• Comfortable with Firebase, crashlytics, remote config, CI/CD pipelines

• Bonus: Experience with payments, background tasks, A/B testing or app performance tuning
