Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.
Reporting to the General Manager of Property & Assets, this position will be responsible for ensuring maximum operational efficiency of all Scope Group vehicles, safety and regulatory compliance and is pivotal in maintaining and updating Scope’s current fleet and transport requirements.
- Schedule and oversee regular servicing, repairs and inspections to maximise uptime
- Lead sourcing, tendering and sale of vehicles and equipment in consultation with users
- Ensure compliance of assets and drivers
- Manage relationships with stakeholders including dealers, repairers and external service providers to ensure high quality service
- Utalise fleet management software to generate reports on costs, efficiency and performance trends
- Demonstrated experience in asset and fleet management at a large scale
- Proficiency in fleet management software and data analysis tools
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills with an appetite to adapt within a changing and collaborative environment
- Ability and or/ experience to lead a team by example
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management
