Finance Business Partner

Scope’s purpose is to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive. We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities to achieve their goals. Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.

Reporting to Senior Finance Business Partner, this role supports the financial aspects of Divisional business performance and operations. It is accountable for managing funding across the divisions and providing financial analysis of the operations of the Divisions.

• Track Divisional Revenue by Service for actual vs budget and liaising with funders to rectify any funding discrepancies
• Production and accuracy of all Divisional monthly and quarterly financial performance and exception reporting
• Manage the preparation of funding submissions
• Provision of internal quotes for cost of services
• Production of reporting as required for yearly acquittals and Business Risk policies

• Exceptional people and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and communicate at a high level
• Highly proficient in MS Office
• Have an inquisitive mindset and ability to adapt to change
• CPA/ CA
• Experience working in a matrix environment
• Experience with Tech1, Kronos & PowerBI highly desirable
• Ability to travel across Hawthorn and Glenroy
