PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

You will be part of the Corporate Accounting Team, supporting the department with responsibilities including:

• Day to day activities:
  • Payments (on-line banking system)
  • Booking of invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Customer statements reconciliations
  • Vendor statements reconciliations
• Weekly / Monthly activities:
  • Petty cash reconciliation
  • Check and follow-up on employees’ travel expenses
• Quarterly activities:
  • Book closing journals – accruals / prepayments / revaluation of balances
  • Support the team to meet the closing deadlines
• Collect and provide supporting documents for year-end audits

EXPERIENCE

Experience in an accounting role is a plus.

COMPETENCIES

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Office package (Excel, Word and Power point).
• IT literate (quick learner of various systems and how they are connected).
• Team spirit and to provide regular feedback to manager.
• Positive attitude.
• Knowledge of D365 (Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS

Accounting / Economic studies and background.
