- Maintain the marketing calendar and help track campaign deadlines, deliverables and approvals.
- Build, test and schedule marketing emails in HubSpot using approved copy and creative.
- Conduct email QA, including links, imagery, formatting, audience selection and testing before deployment.
- Support the execution of HubSpot workflows, lists and audience segments based on strategy established by the Growth/Performance Marketing Manager.
- Assist with CRM and database maintenance, including list hygiene and data updates.
- Coordinate campaign assets between content, creative, growth and other internal teams.
- Help organize and route creative requests, ensuring the appropriate information and assets are available before work begins.

- Provide general marketing support as priorities and campaigns evolve.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of marketing, communications, digital marketing or related experience. Strong recent graduates with relevant internship or hands-on experience may also be considered.

- Comfortable working with marketing technology and learning new systems.
- Experience with HubSpot or another CRM/email marketing platform is a plus.
- Familiarity with email marketing, digital marketing or campaign execution.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Comfortable using AI tools and interested in learning how they can improve marketing workflows.

- Interest in travel, hospitality or luxury brands is a plus.
Location requirement: Applicants must currently reside in Palm Beach County, Florida. Applications from candidates outside Palm Beach County will not be reviewed.
Who You Are
You are the person who likes keeping things organized and moving forward.
You notice when a deadline is approaching, an asset is missing or something hasn't been followed up on. You're comfortable learning new technology, asking questions and figuring out how things work.
You're interested in marketing beyond one specific channel. You want exposure to how a campaign comes together, from the initial idea and audience through content, creative, execution and results.
You don't need to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone who is curious, organized, resourceful and eager to grow.
Growth Opportunity
This role is designed to provide broad exposure to the marketing function rather than limiting someone to one platform or area of execution.
As the Marketing Coordinator develops, there may be opportunities to take greater ownership of campaigns and programs and ultimately grow into a more specialized or managerial marketing role based on individual strengths and interests.
