Overnight Operations Manager

As a Security Operations Manager in Austin, you’ll lead a team that helps keep people, property, and operations safe every day. You’ll manage security operations across multiple sites, coach and develop your team, and work directly with our client to deliver a high-quality, tech-enabled security program.

If you enjoy leading people, solving problems on the fly, and building strong relationships, this role gives you the autonomy and support to do exactly that.

• Salary: $60,000–$63,897 annually 
• Reliable, full-time role with a global industry leader

• Maintain composure with clients, staff, authorities, and the public, including in urgent or high-pressure situations 
• Handle multiple tasks at once and manage competing priorities 
• Work with sensitive and confidential information 
• Use a vehicle regularly as part of your duties 
• Walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl occasionally 
• Lift and/or move up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 25 lbs occasionally 
• Use close and distance vision and adjust focus as needed 
• Respond to emergencies and incidents on an on-call basis, at all hours
