• →Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• →Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, maintaining visitor records, and directing authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
• →Respond to access-control concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• →Monitor entry points, alarms, cameras, and access-control systems; report irregularities, damaged equipment, and unauthorized access attempts.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols of designated interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
