As a Security Officer Patrol in Bluffton, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control processes. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while contributing to a welcoming environment. • →Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• →Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and report relevant information according to site procedures.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail store, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and potential hazards.
• →Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and help support a welcoming retail environment in accordance with site policies.
• →Assist with traffic flow, store openings and closings, and coordination with store management and emergency responders when needed.

• Access Control/Badge Experience preferred.
• Customer Service Experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
