Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. Our Security Officers monitor and patrol a busy retail location, staying visible to help deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. This is a driving patrol post where you will complete routine rounds, respond to concerns, and communicate clearly with guests and staff. • →Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related activities throughout the retail location.
• →Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.
• →Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the property, including storefront areas, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unwanted activity.
• →Monitor access points, observe customer and employee traffic, and communicate unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
• →Support emergency response activities when appropriate, assist with crowd and queue monitoring, and document daily activities, incidents, and/or concerns in required reports.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
