About the Role
~1 min readThe Integrations team is the technical bridge between seQura and the merchants who integrate our product. We are growing fast — over 1,400 integrations projected for 2026 — and we need someone who can own merchant integrations end-to-end, with real autonomy and real impact from day one.
Lead merchant integrations end-to-end: configuration, sandbox testing, go-live, and troubleshooting
Manage plugin upgrades, platform migrations, and advanced visual customisations
Perform technical diagnostics autonomously: log analysis, debug mode, database review
Conduct technical meetings with merchants without supervision
Escalate code-level issues to the Partnerships team with complete context and a clear hypothesis
Review junior integrator work and contribute to their development
Spot recurring patterns (plugin conflicts, UX issues, documentation gaps) and flag them for continuous improvement
Hands-on experience with ecommerce platform integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar)
Autonomous technical diagnostic capability: log reading, configuration analysis, database querying
Experience managing the technical relationship with clients or merchants directly
Familiarity with REST APIs and checkout or payment flows
Spanish native or C1 / English B2 minimum
