Title: Warehouse Inventory Assistant

Status: Full-time

Hours: 40/week, Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm

Location: Bloomington, IN warehouse

Reports to: Inventory Manager

Position Summary: The Warehouse Inventory Assistant acts as point person for all inventory

related concerns across all Secretly Distribution warehouses. The candidate must be highly

motivated to meet the rigorous demands of a fast-paced environment and will have excellent

communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with cycle counts to help maintain accurate inventory
• Assist with check-in of daily received stock and processing returns
• Assist with maintenance of proper stock levels
• Assist with facing and organizing warehouse aisles to maintain a safe working environment
• Assist with special organizational projects and large-scale stock shifts

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Capable of prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, and reaching during shifts.
• Ability to climb and descend mobile staircases safely while carrying items.
• Must work in non-climate-controlled environments (hot, cold, or humid conditions).
• Manual dexterity to handle small items like CDs, vinyl records, and cassettes.
• Physical stamina to handle a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
