CDL A Delivery Driver - $3,000 Sign-On Bonus!

• →Operate company vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• →Deliver pre-sold products accurately and efficiently to customer accounts.
• →Rotate stock and place products appropriately in dry and refrigerated storage areas.
• →Ensure all pallets loaded onto the truck are secure and stable for transport.
• →Collect empty containers and returns as required by the supplier. 
• →Load and return dunnage, pallets, and load bars to the supplier. 
• →Maintain a courteous, professional, and respectful attitude toward customers and team members. 
• →Complete the Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) to report any maintenance or repair needs. 

• High school diploma or GED required. 
• Must be at least 21 years of age. This is a legal requirement to transport alcohol.
• Active CDL Class A License in good standing. 
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating tractor-trailers. 
• Strong safety-oriented mindset and adherence to safe driving practices. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. 
• Availability to work Monday through Friday starting at 5:30 AM; end times may vary between 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM depending on route and delivery volume. 

• Consistently practice safe driving habits.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills when interacting with clients and team members.

• Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, often in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold.
• Must be able to stoop, bend, lift, and twist regularly.
• Must be able to lift approximately 55 lbs (e.g., two cases of beer).
• Must be able to operate a two-handed hand truck on inclines and stairs.
• Requires frequent walking up and down stairs and inclines.
• Must have sufficient vision and hearing to perform job duties safely and effectively.
