We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Facilities Technician to support the ongoing success of our test sites in the Bonham and Frisco areas. In this role, you’ll be a key player in maintaining the functionality, safety, and efficiency of our facilities—ensuring our teams can operate at peak performance.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, respond quickly to facility needs, and be an essential part of day-to-day operations.

Perform routine maintenance on warehouse equipment, including inspections and troubleshooting.

Conduct repairs and replacements of defective or worn-out components.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety regulations and guidelines.

Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and address any maintenance-related concerns.

Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.

Provide light facilities support (move chairs, set up banners, Conference room support)

Drive to other locations for routine maintenance inspections using the company vehicle.

Operate forklift, scissor lift, and pallet jack.

Assist other roles as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in warehouse maintenance or a related field.

Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks that require bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
