As a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their therapy journey and ensuring a seamless pharmacy experience.

• →Deliver high-touch patient support, managing each patient’s journey from onboarding through refills
• →Coordinate timely medication delivery and manage refill schedules
• →Proactively address insurance, prior authorization, and copay challenges
• →Monitor and promote medication adherence
• →Collaborate closely with clinical pharmacists, providers, and clinic staff to resolve issues quickly
• →Act as a trusted resource and advocate for patients navigating complex therapies

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration in the State of employment
• 2–5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• High School Diploma or GED

• CPhT certification (highly valued)
• 5–8 years of pharmacy technician experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and extract key information efficiently
