Operation Supervisor- Weekend

As an Operations Supervisor, you will be a key leader in our brand new fulfillment center leading a team to drive operational efficiency and employee engagement.

• →Ensure the warehouse operates at maximum efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal by managing, organizing, training, and providing direction for a team of warehouse employees
• →Achieving all operational goals and service levels alongside the operations leadership team
• →Finding creative solutions for day-to-day operational challenges
• →Maintain a safe and healthy work environment ensuring policies and procedures are followed
• →Direct and manage team in a way that promotes equality, consistency, and the feeling of value from team members

• →Supervise daily activities of the warehouse including order fulfillment, quality assurance, inventory control, and logistics coordination
• →Manage eCommerce order fulfillment while achieving established service levels
• →Work directly with our Customer Support and Account Manager teams to ensure client deliverables are met
• →Oversee dynamic and changing customer needs such as special packaging, kitting, and bundling projects
• →Lead a highly productive and engaged team while removing obstacles to drive operational efficiencies 
• →Support new client onboarding and creative fulfillment processes
• →May be required to perform other duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

• 5+ years experience leading an operations team in a warehouse environment
• Ability to learn new technologies and custom proprietary softwares quickly  
• Ability to hire, coach, train, and manage a team of 10 to 50 employees 
• An ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced changing environment
• Detail Oriented, Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Understanding of OSHA and regulatory compliance is a plus 
• High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
